BRK Strategies was formed in response to the overwhelming need to address transitioning Military Veteran underemployment, high quit rate, lack of industry experience, and the business community's understanding the key skills, knowledge, and attributes of this employment group. By serving as a Professional Employment Organization, BRK Strategies is well positioned to become a Staffing Services industry leader by supplying new transitioning Military talent to organizations wanting this talent, but do not know how or where to place these valued employees within their organizations.
BRK Strategies services several industries by supplying Direct Hire labor, Consultation, and Training by service as an advocate for the business community and military community. This niche will allow an avenue for Veterans to gain valuable industry experience while showcasing their talents to potential direct hire employers. BRK Strategies also places well-qualified transitioning Military Veterans into direct hire opportunities at a much lower cost than competing organizations, while maintaining a local focus of helping within our own communities.

Led by a US Army Retired Command Sergeant Major with three decades of experience in working with Fortune 100 companies in Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, and many other areas. Benny R. Kinsey | President/CEO
CSM (R), MBA, PHP, PHR
Command Sergeant Major (Retired) Benny R. Kinsey is a native of Waco, Texas. He has over 25 years of military service including 23 years of Active Duty service in the US Army and two years in the Texas Army National Guard.
His duty assignments have included the 82nd Airborne Division, Long Range Reconnaissance Detachment, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, U.S. Army Recruiting Command, and the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy (Class 57).
Benny Kinsey performed duties as a Team Leader, Squad Leader, Instructor, Platoon Sergeant, On Production Station Commander, Limited Production Station Commander, Guidance Counselor, First Sergeant, and Senior Guidance Counselor and retired after three years of service as the Command Sergeant Major of the Albany Recruiting Battalion in Albany, NY responsible for military recruiting in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East.
He has completed all enlisted soldier basic and advanced leadership courses, Airborne Course, Jumpmaster Course, Army Recruiter Course, Station Commander Course, Guidance Counselor / Operations Course, the U.S. Army First Sergeant Course, Battle Staff Course, and the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy as a yearlong resident student.
CSM(R) Kinsey holds an Associate Degree in General Studies, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management / Human Resources, and a Master of Arts Degree in Business Administration (MBA). CSM Kinsey is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB), a certified Professional in Human Resource (PHR) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Command Sergeant Major Kinsey's awards and decorations 33 service medals including the Legion of Merit, four Meritorious Service Medals, nine Army Commendation Medals, and seven Army Achievement Medals. He was also awarded the Combat Infantryman Badge, Expert Infantryman Badge, Master Parachutist Badge, Gold German Parachutist Badge, Gold German Field Badge, Gold Recruiter Badge with Three Sapphire Stars, Recruiter Ring, and Glen E. Morrell Medallion and the Morrell Ring.
Since his retirement from active duty service, Benny has devoted much of his time to helping service members from all branches transition from military service to civilian employment. Benny has become known as a dedicated advocate to the preservation of Veterans rights and spends time assisting transitioning Veterans and helping companies understand the positive impact of hiring our military veterans.
